FAQs
1. What industries do you work with?
We work with companies across all industries. Whether you’re in healthcare, construction, finance, law, manufacturing, or tech, the well-being of your executives is critical to long-term success. Our program is designed to adapt to the unique demands of any field, helping leaders improve their health, manage stress, and perform at their best. Simply put, no matter the industry, healthier executives mean stronger businesses.
2. Do you just do in-person training, or do you also offer wellness check-ins?
We do both. Our program combines in-person executive team training sessions with weekly wellness check-ins. The training sessions ensure physical progress and team accountability, while the wellness check-ins provide the opportunity for conversation, troubleshooting, and one-on-one guidance. This blended approach allows progress made in the gym to carry over into daily routines, ensuring consistency, clarity, and long-term results.
3. Do you only train executives of corporate companies?
Yes our focus is on executives. This does not mean that we view other employees as “less important.” Rather, executives play a crucial role in leading and sustaining the company. Their health directly impacts their ability to make decisions, drive performance, and support the workforce as a whole. An executive’s absence due to health-related issues can ripple through the entire organization, affecting productivity, morale, and business outcomes. By strengthening the health of leaders, we strengthen the foundation of the company which ultimately benefits everyone within it.
4. What do corporate wellness program packages consist of?
Our wellness program packages are structured based purely on executive group size meaning the number of executives your company chooses to include in the program. This ensures that every participant receives the right level of attention, coaching, and accountability. Whether a company enrolls a smaller group of 10 executives or a larger group of 30, each package is designed to deliver the same level of quality and measurable outcomes, while scaling appropriately to meet the company’s needs.
